Main Warm Up 8-815am Warm-ups must be supervised by your marshal and coach/coaches, and if possible, by an Assistant Team Rep as well. Lanes 4 and 5 are designated one-way sprint lanes, swimmers enter the pool feet first in the other lanes. 8:00 a.m. Officials and Timers meet with the Referees and the Chief Timer 8:10 a.m. Team Rep scratch/substitution meeting with the Meet Manager 8:15 a.m. Clear pool, call first and second events to the Clerk of Course 8:25 a.m. National Anthem (by whom?) 8:30 a.m. Start of Meet There will be a five-minute warm-up between each stroke (ONLY for those swimming in the next stroke).
